On our wavelength

 I have been charged for a paper bill despite speaking to Virgin Mobile to have iit changed to ebilling.  I am also unable to change on line as the facility doesn't exist Why?

I'm so sorry to hear you've been charged for a paper bill when you requested to switch to eBilling. 

We have some info 👉 here on how to update your preferences.

I've not been able to locate your details on our systems so I will pop you a PM now to confirm these and take a look at the charge for you. If you still have issues, switching to eBilling after following the steps in the link, then let me know via PM and I will be happy to help with that too 😊
