Duplicate account cannot sign in new account

Yesterday I tried cancelling virgin as moving home and too pricey but was given a cheaper deal 12 months contract however I have noticed that they have given me another account no. I cannot log into it and am worried that my old account will remain active and will be charged? Has anyone experienced another account set up if moving home and package changes but old one still showing. thank  you any help will be appreciated

I'm sorry to hear that there has been some confusion over taking out a new account at a new address, and I can appreciate you're keen to get this sorted out.
