Downgrading - difficulty getting anywhere or a call back...

It seems rather easy and help is on hand to upgrade even with live chat assistance.  However it seems rather difficult to downgrade?  We've been with Virgin Media for over 15 years.

I have put in for a call back twice now.  One call back got through to me then hung up.

I got through to Myka on live chat who advised they only helped with upgrades and wouldn't help discuss my current package.

We can't handle package changes over the forum but you can call on 150/0345 454 1111 and go through options 1, 4 then 4 to go through to the team who can discuss this with you.
