Downgrade - need to type only

Help from an administrator please.

Hello,

I need to downgrade but need to type as I have trouble conversing.

I pay 66 pounds per month. 

I am losing my job and need to downgrade my package to something I will actually use.

I only watch Freesat & Freeview through my sat & aerial leads directly into my TV.

Telephone is used occasionally for making calls, mainly in the weekends.

I do not need massively fast broadband speeds, 50mb would do. I just need something that consistently works. I sit at my laptop only about 30' away and continually get a disconnected message, having to open the wi fi settings and manually disconnect & reconnect to get going again.

I only want broadband to work.

I contacted the help department before and was told that nothing could be done.

I just want to pay less per month, something akin to what a new customer would pay.

All I want is free to air TV, TP line rental and a broadband signal that continually works.

Please can an administrator please pass this request to customer cancellations department (or whatever you call it) and e' mail me details of an offer on what can be done?
