Downgrade broadband

Hi, when I first signed up to virgin media I had a discount for 18 months at £33 which really helped out but now that’s ended my broadband (with landline) is £60 a month. I’m trying to find a way to downgrade my package so I can get a lower cost because I can’t afford £60 a month 😭

How do I go about this please? It only gives me the option to upgrade

Package changes can't be actioned via this forum - you need to call VM-CS on 0345 4541111 (or 150 from a VM landline) and speak to an agent who can discuss your bundle with you and make any changes.

Be aware any new package that has discounts attached, will likely come with a new 18month minimum term.
