Does the new increase mean a new contract?

I have received notice of the latest increase and am wondering if this is considered to be a new contract. The reason I am asking is that there is a strong possibility that we shall be moving to a new area (Norfolk) within the next six months. Not sure that Virgin cover the area we may move to, as this has not been decided, yet, and could be a problem regarding termination of contract. If we still have Virgin coverage, this will, of course, not be an issue. Is there anywhere I can search to find coverage details?

If you continue as you are, then your contract dates are unaffected.

If you accept any new promotional deal or discount as a result of the price-change, or choose to renegotiate your package, any of these will likely trigger a new minimum-term.

You can check VM availability using https://www.virginmedia.com/join/availability
