your dispute resolution team has accepted virgin to be in the wrong and compensated me .
however , virgin have had my name wrong , another issue which has now lead to me not being able to cash my compensation.
you have me down as Miss - not Mrs Davies, I have also since divorced and my name is as I stated on my cisas complaint and your team have even replied to me in my correct maiden name . so even if I hadn’t changed my name back to my maiden name I still wouldn’t have been able to cash the cheque as you have not done this correctly in the 1st place.
I am also not able to edit my address as virgin blocked me - again part of my complaint initially.
please can I ask you have someone re issue the cheque to the address given on my complaint - the resolution number is 623388 and was signed and responded to by a Natalie
again disappointed I’m still months on having to resolve issue with virgin
