Disconnection date

Hi 

My services are supposed to disconnect today and I was advised to expect the disconnection to happen early in the day. Can someone confirm that my disconnection date is today please?

Just a quick note to say thanks for your private message. We want to wish you all the best for the future, and just to confirm that if you have any refunds owed to you on your account you will be issues a cheque refund 45 days after you disconnection date.

Again, if you have any important emails your need to save, we suggest you move these over to another email address as soon as possible as your email account will be deactivated 90 days after disconnection.
