I contacted Virgin (web chat) 13th Dec to inform them I was moving and wanted to cancel giving 30 days notice..they offered an alternative contract for my new address which I initially agreed to but at the end of the web chat cancelled it. Virgin went ahead and now I have been disconnected have tried phoning to sort but no joy. Can anyone help please.
