Disconnected by mistake

Virgin have managed to completely disconnect all my services one week earlier than my planned house move. Many hours spent on the phone and told they are trying to reconnect me but it could take up to 48 hours, completely losing faith after reading many messages on this board. How can they mishandle a disconnection but cant put it at high priority to fix their error. Complete joke.

Disconnected,saturday 2am, rang virgin 8.15am, told 48hrs to reconnect, then rand sunday morning 24hours later, still not reconnected but advised that cant be done at the weekend. Joke. I bet im still not reconnected in another 48hours.
