Hi team,
I entered into a new 18 month contract on 2nd February 2022 for Broadband services at £35 per month.
Now the agent said that because of the way the billing system works March's payment would be slightly higher than normal (and it was) but that April's payment would be slightly lower than normal to compensate (and it was) but then from May the monthly payment would be fixed at £35 and I've checked my contract and it does indeed say the payments will be fixed at £35 until 2nd August 2023 when it will rise to £44 per month.
However I've just received notification of May's direct debit and it says it's going to be £38.50 not £35.
Can you have a look and adjust it please.
