Direct Debit date change help

Hi There can someone help me change my direct debit date change from 14th to the 20th please, I have tried on line and the number on my bills section but cant get hep, thanks

I'd like to help you get your direct debit date changed. 

I do need to check if your bill has been paid and up to date?

 

Unfortunately, if we've already finalised your bill for this month, you'll have to wait until we've taken this payment before you can change your date.

 

Changing your Direct Debit date will also change the start date of your monthly package. This means the first bill you receive after moving your Direct Debit date may be higher than usual as we'll need to align you to your new billing cycles. Your subsequent bills will return to their normal amount after this.

can you check my direct debit has been changed to the 20th as per our emails as its been presented to my bank and has taken me overdrawn thanks Mick
