Direct Debit - 2 signature account

I need to set up a new direct debit from an account that requires 2 signatures; seems that the form can only be sent by actually speaking to somoene from customer services, which seems close to impossible. could it not just be emailed or better, put on the website so that it is readily accessible?? if its in the log in area then its completely secure and the form itself is hardly a threat to security!

Give us a call on 150/0345 454 1111 option 1. We will gladly get this sent out for you it normally take between 3-5 working days.
