Can anyone explain why the final contract listing of TV services differs from the contract summary sent before I agreed to go ahead.

Hi there @PeterWells, welcome to our forum and thanks for your post.
Sorry to see that there is some confusion with the contract you have. The contract showing an additional box will be correct. From what it looks like you are on the Ultimate Volt package which includes an additional box at no extra cost within the package.
Even though the specific package will come with the 2 boxes as standard the bill will still show it as being an additional due to most packages only coming with 1 box as standard.
