Did not receive return kit

Hi there,

I have canceled my service on 26 Nov 2020, and the staff on phone told me that they will send me the box for returning the hub kit. However, I have not received the box and have been charged £40 (my address is correct as I keep receiving mails and bills from the company).

Can someone help to check it here or can I directly send the box to the company by some address?
