I signed up to 100MB broadband in May when there was an offer on stating I would receive a 100 pound Amazon voucher 120 days after my purchase. I have not received the email and more than 120 days have passed, could someone from Virgin Media please message me about this?

and quote the following:
1.your purchase date,
2. the product/package purchased
