Did not receive Amazon voucher

I signed up to 100MB broadband in May when there was an offer on stating I would receive a 100 pound Amazon voucher 120 days after my purchase. I have not received the email and more than 120 days have passed, could someone from Virgin Media please message me about this?

Customers that signed up for amazon voucher offers  via either Giftcloud or broadband choices should contact the Decision Technologies Support Team at 

customer.services@broadbandchoices.co.uk  

and quote the following:

1.your purchase date,

2. the product/package purchased

3. Order ref. WS[and 7 numbers]

4. If you have a link to the T&C (not required)

As the promotion wasn't offered directly through us and was instead with a third party, there wouldn't be anything we can do I'm afraid. You would need to speak directly to the company you went through. The details posted above by newapollo may help.
