On Thur 27  Apr,, I was looking for a new contract & offered various options. I was sent pre contract doc’s for the services I wanted & agreed them

30 mins after ending the call I received another set of pre contract docs with different services & prices.

I contacted VM  & was told ignore the second set of docs Later that evening I received a contract with yet different prices ISince then I have made 4 calls to VM trying to get the correct contract and each time it has supposedly been agreed that the system has the prices I originally agreed & been told:

  • Ignore the docs that are wrong
  • I have sent an email with correct contract ( wrong contract received)
  • I have sent the correct contract plus an email explaining the charges (15 hrs later still no emails)
  • I can’t send you the contract as it has not been finalised yet

And to add insult to this apparently there is NO management available to escalate this problem to
