Delay cancellation date

Can anyone tell me who I need to speak to regarding delaying my cancellation / disconnection date? My services are due to finish on Sunday 30th October but due to delays (and strike action) my new services have been moved to a new date and therefore would like to move my cancellation/disconnection date so as not to be left without
