Damaged Cable in Garden

I'm doing some work in my garden and have damaged the virgin media cable. The cable was just below the surface and had no protection round it.

It has pulled the cable out of the box where it enters my home, severing the phone line. I'm managed to manually slot the larger cable back in and is working, but it need repaired.

Can you help?

You’ll need to call or go to my virginmedia app to raise a fault call to sort this
