Hi, I recently joined Virgin Media broadband and tv and I keep getting this message when trying to create my Virgin media account. I spoke on the phone to someone, but they suggested just try again later. 
I have seen previous guidance on this through this page, and none of them have worked so far. 
Any help would be appreciated, as this is my third issue since joining this week.

Can you please see if using a different email to subscribe than the one you've tried works for you?
Let us know if you're able to create an account using an alternative address, if this does not work pop us a message and tell us what error you get and we're here to assist further with this 🙂
