DEF01 issue - existing customer

Hi, I’ve seen a few messages about the DEF01 error issue.

I’m currently getting this message when trying to re-set my password via the forgotten password link for my virgin media account.

like others I have tried different browsers on 3 different devices, all having the same result.

can i please have some help resolving this.
