DEF01 error

As above, existing customer, Virgin Media Business. I have a BIS Certificate.

2 engineer visits so far, neither can find any issues, both convinced we have an account problem. They both tried calling VM, but couldn't get through.

BIS contains username and password for Virgin Media Business, but this link doesn't recognise the username.

Same problem here cant be fixed try everything pls vm fix ur system
