DEF01 Error

Hi all

I have been trying to reset my account details so i can login to the,  my virgin media on the website, and keep getting this infuriating error message, are there any work arounds. im using Edge browser

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems resetting your My Virgin Media details. Can you please advise on the exact steps that is showing this DEF01 error? Can you please also try an alternative browser, and Private/Incognito Mode, to see if this allows you to progress?
