DEF01 - Cannot register for online Virgin Media account

Hello, I’m having an issue with creating my virgin media account. I’m using the link in the welcome email but it keeps coming up with error code: DEF01

I am sorry to hear you are having issues registering. What browser are you using and have you cleared all cookies?

I am using safari and I have cleared cookies 3 times and still nothing

We were aware of this issue with the error DEF01, but this has since been resolved. 

Can you confirm which link you are using to register the account?
