On 31st May I contacted customer services by telephone regarding a broadband outage (lasted over 24 hours). I was promised a 2 day credit as compensation - a small amount but at least it's an acknowledgement of the problem.
Over a month has passed and My July bill has now arrived. There is no sign of the promised credit.

Checking the account, it doesn't look as though it's been applied so we will need to get this added. In order to do so I will need to pass through Data Protection with you first. I will need to send you a private message however it looks as though you have this option disabled.
If you can go in to your profile by clicking on your Forum Name at the top right hand side > Edit Profile > Preferences > Private Messages > Tick the Turn on 'Private Messages' option > Save.
