No they have not advised that a cancellation has been processed?   That is what I'm trying to ascertain. The conversation has taken over 27hrs. Should I charge Virgin for this time?

I can appreciate the frustration caused, 

Unfortunately we're unable to process any cancellations from this forum, have you also tried to contact our team on 0345 454 1111/150 if calling from a VM landline?
