Customer Service is awful

I've been on hold for an hour, spoke to someone and the call dropped. On hold for another hour and the call dropped.

I was calling just to try and get my bill reduced now I want to cancel out of spite

and I've been on the WhatsApp service since yesterday and that's been worse

I am so sorry to hear that you have faced issues contacting us, we are very busy at the moment but we are doing all we can to speak to everyone in our queue. 

 

Can I ask if you have tried calling at 8am closer to when we open? We are usually far less busy at this time.

There’s a cost of living crisis, probably the reason for the high call volumes.

The department to discuss a new price in return for a new minimum contract period is the same department who deal with cancellations.
