In September 2018 I discovered I was paying for two virgin media services. My current active account and my previous address.
When I found out I called immediately to resolve the issue, the overpayment was calculated and I was told because it was a large amount it might take up to 45 days. I was okay with this, however now I’ve waited over five months and still not received the cheque. I’ve called 8 separate times (once a fortnight) asking when I will receive it and I get the same apology and garentee it will be sent out to my current address within 7-10 days. I’m not really sure what else to do now I’ve complained over the phone to customer services and still nothing. Please advise.
