I was disconnected from VM on 30th Dec (broadband only) and received my final bill showing a credit owed to me. I have chased this up twice now using the Whatsapp service and STILL have not received any credit or any contact despite being re-assured that the 'cheques in the post'.
Can someone please look into this for me - whilst it's only £20, it's still £20 that could give me 30 secs of heating!
