Creating Account

I'm trying to create an account but it keeps saying I've already got one setup. When I try to click reset password, I don't get any email at all, I have checked my junk, I have tried this about 10 times over the last week or so. I am unable to setup an account with any other email.

Please help.

Can you please make sure the password reset emails have not dropped in to your junk/spam folder? If not, can you please reply to the private message I have sent over and we will assist you from there.
