Create a virgin media account

I'm trying to set up my virgin media account and I just keep getting a error message. I need to update my direct debit details ASAP so need help!

Hi the error code Code: DEF01a few times it let me go to the next screen to create a password but no mater what password I put in it wouldn't accept it.
