Contract update

Just want to know how long it takes for new contract info to be updated and emailed across? I have had an issue today where I was given a price and when the contract was updated /emailed it was a different price when I called back the customer service team had no idea about the price I was given, so renegotiated a new price and  now waiting on 2nd contract to come through which still has not come through.

It should be anything from a couple of hours to a day or so.. It might yet be available in your myVM online account before the email is sent - worth a check.
