Apologies - i posted originally as a reply to a similar thread
I have already given contract cancellation notice to Virgin with the contract ending in about 10 days time.
My new supplier is now slipping their install dates and will not be ready until late October.
Is it possible to extend the cancellation (if that makes sense) by a month so that i do not lose broadband altogether.
