Contract renewed but overcharged

Hi gang, recently renewed my contract - was promised a refund on the next billing cycle.

Somehow I have been charged even more and no hint of the promised refund. What do I need to do? 

Has this happened to anyone else? Now is really not the time for surprise bills!!

I'm sorry to see that you have been overcharged after changing your package. I have checked our system and can see you have spoken to the team since posting this. Were they able to resolve this for you?
