Hi

my account expires in May and I’m aiming to sell my house and moving abroad. Can you tell me my options as I think the new owner may keep Virgin on after I have gone and as I know one of the most annoying things in a move is the tv and internet connections at a new property.

But if I sell the house and have 3 months to wait can I get a reduction in my price per month or do you force me onto a full contract.

Discounts often come with contracts so you'd need to discuss that option with the retentions team when it comes to it, Paul.
