Contract renewal

I have just renewed our contract where can I find the new details was told I would get a confirmation email.

If you log on to your account on the Virginmedia website you should be able to view it there, although sometimes it can take a day or two.

However they normally e mail you a copy.

You should receive confirmation of this on your online account or My Virgin Media app within the next 72 hours. If you do not see your new contract online in this time, please let us know and we'll investigate this further.
