Contract renewal update?

How long does it normally take for any updates to be activated? I have renewed my contract and now have on demand Sky movies UHD on the contract but neither of my V6 STB's have been updated.

Hi @NinjaMeerkat 

If you updated over the phone it's normally straight away.

Any other method takes between 48 and 72 hours (5 working days in exceptional circumstances) as it needs updating manually.

If  it was over the phone you could try to update your channels by using your remote and clicking on

Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels and allowing around 10 minutes or so to update.

That was shortlived! SkyMovies UHD is telling me to "upgrade" again. Can VM sort this out please.

Sorry to heart the UHD content has vanished and toy are being asked to upgrade.

Can you please reboot the box and try accessing the content.

Sorry to hear that even after a reboot you're still being asked to upgrade the UHD channels. As it has come through for a short period, we know the correct codes have been added.

Can we ask you to reboot one last time, if this does not work, we will invite you in for a private chat and get this investigated further for you?
