Contract is wrong!

I'm new to Virgin and still within my 14days cooling off. 

The contract they've sent says £79 per month. As advertised currently on the website, the Bigger + Sports (plus HD) package should be £65. 

When I call customer service they advise their end says £65 but I have no proof of that. The contract sent to my email and the contract online still say £79.

I was due a call at 1230 but no-one has called. I've called Customer service 6 times over the last week, and submitted a formal complaint but yet to have this resolved. 

Next steps?? Cancel contract??
