  • My current contract ends in April as its too expensive £100 month. I've now seen the 'big' bundle for £30 a month and am interested in staying. Do I get the new customer deal though? Thanks

You're not a new customer, so no.

You can ask VM very nicely if they will offer you a discount to re-contract for 18months, but that will be a discount on the standard pricing and is unlikely to match a new-customer price.

Or you could play the retentions game, pricing up your services from alternative suppliers in order to negotiate with VM.
