Contract discounts not showing.

Hi There

Last week I rang to re-negotiate my contract.

After much discussion, I agreed on a new contract because it contained a certain discount.

After a while I looked to see details of my new contract, I received a message stating an email had been sent on the 13th September, this I had not received but I did find details for this new contract.

Agreed discounts were not showing, so I rang VM and was told details of my discounts were logged but these would not be implemented until the contract was activated.

However, I am being asked to sign the new contract without any discounts showing.

This I am loath to do, as I fear I may be locked into something I have not agreed.

What should I do?

Helpful Answer

Do not sign. Contact them by e-mail to confirm the discounts applied and reference the call date and time. If nothing comes back raise a complaint.
