Contract changes wless than 2 weeks later

On our wavelength

I had to take a new cotract on 26th February for £40.50/ month, less than 2 weeks later the contract had incresed to £43.50 without any reason, I am still wondering why?

The contract states "Your Montly service charge £40.50 Then £60.50 from Saturdday 26th August 2023"

A telephone operator told me the contract had incresed in price and that was the explanation!

The link for 'help' provided in the email was broken

The link for 'contact us' provided the email was broken

Are Virgin always going to be like this ?
