Received an email today from 'Virgin Media via DocuSign'.
Not seen this before, and it asks me to digitally sign a new contract, so just wanted to check and make sure if anyone has experienced this, to make sure it is genuine.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Received the same when I upgraded my package - no problems.
Have you altered your package? If not - then query it ... ZvnK ...

I did a small upgrade a while ago but nothing heard since then as it was all done on chat and they didn't mention a new contract, so as it came from a third party, just wanted to make sure.
Much appreciated, you've put my mind (or what's left of it :-) ) at ease.
I have moved a new home, and I haven't received Hub there.
Could you please help me in that?
Just joined and still haven’t recieved my contract email to sign. Don’t know how to resolve as I’m getting other emails from VM.

I'm sorry to hear you've not yet received your contract via email. Have you received it via post whilst you've been waiting? Has it come through via email since posting?
If you're still waiting, let the teams know on 150 / 0345 454 1111 for them to double check things and get a copy sent out.
