I had a long and lengthy conversation with the movings home team who eventually assured me that my new contract at my new property would be a rolling contract, not fixed term.
This would allow me to cancel any time, I was told, and without having to pay cancellation fees. I've now received my contract by email and it has a minimum term of 12 months slapped on the corner of it.
Not impressed how can I resolve this? Do rolling contracts with Virgin Media even exist?
