For the last month my area has experienced constant loss in services mostly internet I pay a lot of money for these services and have been told the prices are rising again as I speak my internet is down again I am seriously considering going elsewhere other providers speeds might not be as fast but at least I might be able to use the services I pay for. Also I have not telephoned the call centre as last time I did I had a very heated argument with a not very pleasant person. All I want is a satisfying answer to why my services keep going down and what’s going to be done about this months bill as I have not been receiving the services I have been paying for thanks.
