Confirmation email never recieved

Trying to log in for several months, always get the message:

You haven't confirmed this email address yet. Please check your inbox for a message called 'Verify your My Virgin Media email' and click the link in the email.

Despite never receiving the email. No, it's not in junk or spam. Called a while ago and they escalated it to IT but never heard anything back.

We're sorry to hear you're still awaiting an update on the confirmation email issues. We appreciate you taking the time to raise this with us via the forums and welcome to the community.

 

When did you last speak to the team in regards to this? Did they give any timeframes for the IT department to investigate and resolve this? It is usually up to 5 working days.

I contacted them a week ago and they said give it 1-3 hours to let me in, been waiting 2 weeks now and still no response.

I just need my conformation email to be resent but didnt want o ring up again.

I will send you a Private Message to get some more details from you to look into this.
