Hi, 

I was wondering if anyone could help. My current contract ends in February so I've discussed it with Virgin Media on WhatsApp and managed to get a new deal. I can see some stuff has gone through (o2 SIM) So i assume everything is fine. 

Problem is i just got an email saying about changes, however there is none of the discussed changes on there and its the price of my current contract once it ends. Has the new Deal email just not come through yet (This was discussed and agreed around 3 hours ago now)

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, sorry to hear you haven't received notification of your recent package change, it can take 24 to 48 hours for anything to arrive once precessed, at that point you will be able to see this in my orders on your Online Account.
