I left VM in January 19, but have been trying to get an account over payment back since then. I sent a complaint through the online portal on the 31st March 19. A member of the complaints team spoke to me on the 16th May 19 and agreed i was due a refund of circa £37. They confirmed the refund verbally and sent an email saying a credit was due. They advised this may take a few weeks to process a cheque. Its now July 19 and still no refund.
Its hard to believe that I've been chasing a refund for nearly 6 months - can anyone help draw an end to this?
