Virgin media offer a frankly terrible service.


The phone lines are dreadful. I have been on the phone now for one hour and a half. I’m trying to order a cable which should have been sent in the post with my 360mini.

 

The person on the line thinks I want an HDMI cable. I don’t. The person on the phone thinks I want a mains adapter cable. I don’t. The person on the phone thinks I want an ethernet cable. I don’t! I want a cable adapter.

 

Apparently virgin media have never heard of a cable adapter. The conversation is going in circles: no I don’t want a mains adapter. No I don’t want an HDMI cable. No I don’t want an ethernet cable.


Apparently the virgin media team do not have access to the booklets that I have been sent, so they have absolutely no clue what I’m talking about.

 

Why, oh why were the correct cables not including in the first place?


Why, oh why, is ordering a cable so hard.

 

I will never get the last 90 minutes of my life back.

 

And now I appear to have been cut off.

 

Virgin media, you are a disgrace.

Thank you, sadly this doesn't look like the cable in the manual.
