I have made a complaint via the form 4 weeks ago and still no response.
I have tried chat, Twitter and even emailing to CEO but still no response.
This is getting beyond the joke now. It is causing unnecessary stress.

Is your complaint for cable or mobile services? Have you had your auto reply to advise we have your complaint as yet?

Its mobile I'm complaining about.
I had an automated response a month ago now and still no closer to a solution.
