Hi All, I originally sent a complaint to Virgin on 08 November regarding there appalling customer service, I have been informed on more than one occasion a manager will phone me, not happened, they close my complaints without them being solved, and Iam constantly lied to.
Does anyone have the contact name, phone number/email address of a senior manager please.
